COVID-19 Business Update

Dear Valued Business Partners,

In a rapidly changing environment, we wanted to update you on the business operations at RadComm.  We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it continues to escalate globally. Due to the nature of this pandemic, we are taking preventative measures to minimize the risks associated with COVID-19.

Like other organizations, we have responded to the call for greater social distancing and have offered our employees work from home arrangements effective immediately. For the time being and until further notice, RadComm will maintain normal operations.  We will continue to support our customers with regular business needs, including sales assistance, equipment orders and technical support.  In addition, we will continue to provide service parts if required, however shipments may be delayed due to the current situation.

The safety of our employees and business partners is our highest priority and as a result we have suspended on-site service support.  However, our service technicians are available to provide remote assistance.  We ask that all technical support requests be sent to our Service department email at  [email protected]. This will allow our service team to provide our business partners with a timely response.

We continue to monitor this unprecedented situation and based on the directions from all levels of government, we will adjust our business practices as required.
